Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken


Who doesn't love slow cooker meals? Spend the whole day out and come home to a prepared dinner! This easy, weeknight dinner is perfect for the busy family who doesn't want to sacrifice flavor. 

Ingredients: - 4-6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced - 4 garlic cloves - 1/2 cup Pacifica Culinaria Aged Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tbsp. Pacifica Culinaria Tuscan Herb Avocado Oil  

- feta cheese, crumbled

- black pepper and salt, to taste 

Directions:

Drizzle the avocado oil on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add in chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sliced onion and garlic cloves on chicken. Pour in balsamic vinegar. Cook on high 4 hours. Sprinkle with Feta and serve over angel hair pasta, on a bun or  over rice.
